In an effort to make your ordering decision and process as effortless and enjoyable as possible, we’ve compiled a list of some common questions and answered them below. If there’s a question that you have that we have not addressed or you require any assistance in ordering from our site, we will be happy to assist you.

Q. Why do I leave WizardWonderland.com when I complete the ordering process with your shopping cart?

A. Orders go through our payment processor, PayPal - a very reputable payment processor for countless internet merchants, and widely used on eBay as the preferred payment method of buyers and sellers.

Q. Is your Ordering System Secure?
A. Yes, you will see an “https://” and “locked” icon on your browser when you go to check out
on PayPal's website. This means your order information will be encrypted and sent securely upon submission.

Q. Can I pay through check or money order?
A.
Not at this time.

Q. What kind of Credit Cards do you take?

A. We accept visa, mastercard and american express - through PayPal.

Q. What will show up on my credit card?

A. If you use your Credit Card when you order from our site, your credit card statement should show a bill from “PayPal." You can refer to PayPal's website for more info.

Q. Do you store my credit card info?

A. Our cart does not store any credit card info. PayPal handles all of our ordering.

Q. How are the digital eBooks delivered?

The eBooks are delivered to you via a download link upon ordering which is also sent to your email address that you enter on the shopping cart at the time of order.

Q. How do I access the digital eBooks ... what format are they in?

A. The eBooks are in Adobe PDF (which stands for Portable Document Format). Adobe PDF’s are the standard for eBook distribution on the web. For more information on adobe eBook and to download the Free Adobe PDF Reader (in the unlikely event that you don’t already have it pre-installed on your computer). Note: Mac users can also use Preview, instead of Adobe Reader.

Once you receive the email with your ordered eBook(s) attached, simply save them to your hard drive, and double click them to open them and/or print out.

A. How much is shipping?

Shipping is only added to physical based products, such as the Mystical Magic Meditation tape (not currently available), and art print orders. Depending on where you are ordering from - the shipping will vary for those products. Canada and the US are charged the same.

Note: Digital products (i.e., ebooks) have no shipping charges.


Q. Do you sell my personal information to other companies?

A. Your information -- address, email, etc., is only used by us for delivering your product - if it is physically based. And in the future you may receive a new product announcement or site newsletter from us, to keep in touch. But will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time should you not wish to be on our mailing list -- whether it is sent by email or postal mail.

Q. What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with one of our products we offer an unconditional money back guarantee for the first 30 days upon ordering. Although we do offer this, we kindly ask that you order if you are seriously interested in a product, rather than using the guarantee as an opportunity to test out a product you think you might like. We are always happy to answer your pre-order questions to help make your purchasing decision an informed and enjoyable one. But of course -- we stand by our 30 day money back guarantee and will not hassle you at all about such a request. Just email us and let us know if you want a refund for whatever reason -- and it will be promptly issued.
